The Veterans Affairs seeks to lease 3,930 net useable square feet (NUSF), not to exceed 4,125 rentable square feet (RSF) of space, and 10 parking spaces for use by the VA as a medical space in the Dalhart area of Texas. All small businesses and other parties, as well as SDVOSB and VOSB, are encouraged to respond for market research purposes. Full notice with instructions on how to submit your response are outlined in the attachment. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed or considered.
