PRESOLICTATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Employee Assistance Program services for Arizona: Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Phoenix VA Health Care System, and Southern Arizona VA Health Care System. California: Greater Los Angeles Health Care System, Loma Linda Health Care System, Long Beach Health Care System, and San Diego Health Care System. New Mexico: New Mexico VA Health Care System This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FPP) contract, and the contract period will be for a 10 month base period, with four potential option years to be exercised at the option of the Government.
