Description:
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Medical Refrigerator Backup Battery Power Devices. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation to provide the necessary commodities in accordance with the specifications outlined in this contract. The Veterans Administration requires four new Standalone Plug and Play Systems the SILENT SENTRY Standalone MCS3080T model is a complete system, including the batteries. The unit shall have an automatic transfer switch which switches to battery power as soon as the utility power is lost. Once the input power is restored it will automatically pass through the utility power and recharge the batteries. It connects to power supply by a standard extension cord. Shall include battery monitor and power outage alert Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment with installation are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Darien Justice no later than 13 July 2022, 9 AM Pacific. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; capability statement and if the services are available on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 335911 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Darien Justice via e-mail.
