SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF MODULE C POWER SUPPLIES DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA ASR-9 MULTIVOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY (MVPS). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of the following: Description: MOD C POWER SUPPLY REPAIR KIT: First Article Units Part Number: 0SXR1-852200-RK Qty: 2 Delivery Requirements: 180 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS – 334419 Other Electronic Component Manufacturing Manufacturing - Size Standard – 750 Employees Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and supporting documents (Attachments 01-07). Vendors should include the following information along with their submission: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Production of the same units that have been provided by your firm, if applicable. - Previous contracts and awards for the production of these or similar units, if applicable. (elaborate: quantities, dollar amounts and provide detailed information and past performance) - Number of years in business 2. Clearly state whether or not you can provide the end product listed in the SOW and within the timeframe expected (180 days). 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the items described in the SOW. The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached RFQ and the narrative requested in the technical evaluation, then sign, date, and return the RFQ and narrative by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on July 29, 2022.
