COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0130 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-06 dated 5/26/2022. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333415 the small business size standard is 1250. CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 Greenhouse cooling system, 2 each Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Stainless Steel Evaporative Cooling System for Sidewall installation with the following specifications: Size: 47’ long x 36” tall (size for each unit) Including: -17 each 33” square motorized aluminum inlet shutters, system. Shutter outside dimensions: 36-1/4” Shutter inside dimension: 33” 47 noncoated cooling pads, 6” x 12” x 36” Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery within 60 days of award to: Greenhouse 114-44 Washington State University Pullman, WA 99164 This requirement shall be FOB Destination.
