Amendment 0003 is issue to update the Statement of Work, update Question #1 included Questions & Answers Section under Amendment 0002, and incorporate update Drawings Amendment 0002 is issue to include Questiosn & Answers Section and updated copy of drawings (Changes to M104, M105 and E103 pages only) Amendment 0001 is issue to add FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, to add Attachment 6 Repair Part Chillers, to add additional information to Instruction to Offerors and Supplemental information, to extend the time and date to receipt proposals. This requirement is to provide labor, equipment, materials, insurances, supervision, incidentals and all necessary to perform the Replacement of Chiller System at Building 1070 Antilles High School, Fort Buchanan, PR 00934 This requirement is issue as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for the requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The PSC is N041 Installation of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Equipment. Small Business Size Standard $16,500,000.00 The magnitude of the requirement is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Bid Bond for this requirement shall be submitted at 20% of the Contractor's total proposed price.
