Cancellation Issued 10/28/2021 Environmental permits and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service consultations have not been obtained for this project. Therefore, Environmental Regulatory scope is unknown and performance requirements are not fully developed. As a result the Government's needs cannot be met.
