Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center requires Mobilgard 312 lubrication products for the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2140-22-01498 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Twenty-Six (26) 55-Gallon Barrels – Exxon Mobilgard 312 CLIN 2: Empty Drum Pick Up October 10, 2022. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the brand name supplies in CLINs 1 and 2 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB DESINTATION delivery is required no later than September 30, 2022 to: NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer Pier TBD San Diego, California (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
