Award will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, only one source reasonably available. This synopsis is for notification purposes only, and does not constitute a request for quote/proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which will be considered by the Government if received by the response date associated with this notice.
