Original Set Aside:

NWS and NOAA intent for this requirement is to replace the entire network of diagnostic equipment with modernized and or consolidated devices, where appropriate. This is a supply requirement to provide upgraded diagnostic electronic instruments to be used by the NWS field technicians. Work includes providing a technical solution for the upgrade and deployment of diagnostic electronic instrument, pricing for five (5) year ordering period, deployment schedule, packing and shipping to Government’s facility. The Contractor will be responsible for the procurement and replacement of the upgraded equipment. Over five (5) year ordering period from the time of award, the Contractor will provide replacement-pricing catalogue based on the period of performance, which shall be for a five (5) year ordering period that allows annual pricing if needed for each delivery order. Specific Tasks and Performance Requirements Development of Diagnostic Electronic Instrument Plan Packing and Shipping of Test Equipment and Ancillary Parts Testing Inspection and Quality control Provide Warranty and if needed replacement plan.
