Amendment 1 is issued to update the small business thresholds, modify the Statement of Work, extend the due date and respond to questions. The University of California, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (“University” or “LBNL”) requests qualifications for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services, in accordance with this RFQ, Sample Master Agreement (MA), and other enclosures.
