This solicitation describes road maintenance and road closure work accomplished by blading, brushing, roadway obliteration, constructing gates and earth barriers, and gate repair. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except Government-provided sources) to perform all work specified herein. Option items are awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. See attached solicitation for full details.
