FY22 Joint Base Charleston Maintenance Dredging DESCRIPTION OF WORK:The work consists of maintenance dredging approximately 1,684,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from the Joint Base Charleston Channel (Shoals 1, 2, 3A, 4, 4A, 5) and TC Dock which shall be placed upland in the Joint Base Charleston Placement Area. The work is in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act.Magnitude of Work: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering construction with a SBA Small Business Size of $39,500,000.The Contractor must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM).
