Description:
Currently the Federal Government through the USCG is looking to lease mooring space within the radius shown in the attachment labeled Delineated Area - HSCG82-23-1-0003- USCG Cutter. All space being offered must fall within the delineated Area depicted. This space must be available for immediate occupancy upon selection and meet each of the specific requirements outline. The Government will be considering a number of factors for this temporary alternative space to include viability and how economically advantageous to the Government will this space will be. In making this determination the Government will consider among other things the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Governments list of requirements (to be determined upon review of offers and a physical survey of potential sites), as well as projected costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as the physical costs to move, replication of any current improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime and proximity to water and other resources which would be advantageous to the CG response time. Security Measures will also be a large part of this consideration. Specific Requirements includes: Property must accommodate the following specifications and / or provide viable solutions: - Fall within the delineated map attached and highlighted, showing the radius currently being sought. - Term of the lease shall be for six (6) months, and will be available immediately - Pier or berthing space for a WLR Cutter that is 165’ in length. - 240 Volts/60 hz/3 phase electrical supply for shore tie. -Shore side potable water access with 1.5 inch male connection. -Access for over the water fuel deliveries/transfers via truck service. - Ability to offload sewage or funding provided to contract sewage vac truck at alternate location.
