Description:
ANNOUNCEMENT UPDATE 03 The purpose of this update is to provide Q&A; upload SIR Amendment 01 to extend the due date per Update 02 below; add photos of the work sites (towers). QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A) 1. Do you have any photos of the sites that you can provide? FAA RESPONSE: Photos of each tower have been added to this SIR. See Attachments 08 -12 in this announcment. 2. Is there any flexibility with the project schedule in terms of the start date? Performing this project in the summer heat would be very difficult when it comes to handling the materials. Would we be able to begin on-site work when the weather is less extreme, such as in the early fall? Understand the weather extremes and will be willing to work with the schedule as long as it is not prolonged too far out. FAA RESPONSE: Yes. The project completion date has been changed as follows: FROM: 45 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) TO: Not later than 15 October, 2022 3. The RFP states that we are to submit our proposals to Samantha Pearce. Is that correct? Should the proposals be submitted to her, or to Mr. Joshua Huckeby? FAA RESPONSE: Proposals should be submitted to joshua.d.huckeby@faa.gov.
