Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. (SAM UEI WUU1SHJB7DN7) to repair and upgrade the existing CBP owned DRT equipment. Successful contractor is required be a certified and authorized to perform the necessary repairs and upgrade on the DRT1301C and meet all the requirements of the Statement of Work. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 11:00am Eastern Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Dominique Brown, Contracting Officer, by Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 11:00am Eastern Time.
