Advertisement USDA U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Philippi, West Virginia. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,192 ANSI/BOMA office area and fifteen (15) adjacent parking spaces. The spaces must be located onsite or within ¼ walkable mile from the employee entrance of the premises, the space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,192 ABOA SF Minimum Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,302 ABOA SF Maximum Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible if intending to submit an offer for possible lease award. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 12:00 PM Eastern, Friday, July 29, 2022. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.)
