Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is sole sourced to Secure Communication Systems, Inc., CAGE Code: 40828, as the Government does not own the associated Technical Data Package (TDP). This RFQ will result in a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the following requirement. REQUIREMENT NOUN: Console, Power Distribution NSN: 6150-01-649-1133 PART NO.: 11193-100-01 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) QUANTITY: 275 EA SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Secure Communication Systems, Inc. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(iii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
