Procurement Service Agent (PSA) Lab, Diagnostics and Molecular Diagnostics (PSA Diagnostics) requirement is a mechanism within the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs. The purpose of this requirement is to provide procurement as a service (PaaS) to expand all-inclusive molecular contracts to all PEPFAR countries, develop VMI implementation approaches, and transition contract management to host governments in a sustainable stepwise approach. The Contractor must support and develop strategies for USG to invest in the development of local laboratory service delivery and sample transport. Please read the attached DRAFT documents for further details.
