Description:
PdM VPS under PEO GCS is executing this RFI to collect data on currently available SK APS capabilities to include, but not imited to, system developers and subsystem/component technologies (i.e. countermeasures and sensor packages). A system developer is a single source that has the ability to either consolidate subsystems/components from various vendors to develop and manage a SK APS kit capability. A system is defined as a group of components/subsystems integrated together to deliver a specific capability available for integration on various ground combat platforms. The Soft Kill Active Protection System Acquisition Program will not be releasing a Request for Prototype Porposal (RPP) or awarding a contract in fiscal year 2022, as presented during the pre-recorded Industry Day presentation released 07 June 2021. A tentative target RPP release date or contract award is currently not available. The Government will keep Industry informed via this posting when updated information to the Soft Kill Active Protection System Aquisition Program is available.
