This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial supplies: Trawl doors with rigging Description of requirements is as follows: Please refer to the attached Statement of Need for full technical specifications/requirements.
