Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23) Construction Contracting Product Line Team is soliciting for a construction project (Improve Water Treatment Phase 2) for the Fort Meade VA Medical Center located in South Dakota where the contractor will provide all transportation, tools, materials, permits, labor, and supervision to accomplish the deliverables described in this project s Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications, except as may otherwise be specified. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. An Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation Number 36C26322B0001 for this effort will be posted to www.SAM.gov (www.sam.gov) on or about July 15, 2022. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to submit a bid for this project. An Organized site visit will be held, see the IFB Solicitation for exact date, time, and location. The date for receipt of bids is tentatively scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2022 (see IFB Solicitation when available for specific information regarding date, time, and public bid opening location.) The successful bidder will be required to provide a Bid Guarantee with their bid and both a Performance and Payment Bond within 10 calendar days of award notification. The Period of Performance is 150 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.
