Description:
*****SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS***** Shoshone National Forest Botanical Surveying Performance Work Statement (PWS) Overview This is a 5 year (base plus four one-year options) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for botanical surveying services within the Shoshone National Forest. It is anticipated that approximately three contracts may result from this solicitation. The total for each proposal will be determined by totaling all the unit prices for each year and adding those together for a total evaluated price. To be eligible for a contract award under this solicitation, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://beta.sam.gov). If you are not registered at the time of proposal evaluation, and you do not submit the requested information in Section F, you may not be considered for an award. This award will be set aside for total small business under NAICS 541690-Other Scientific and Technical Services. Offerors must submit maximum prices for all items in the Master IDIQ. Prices provided on the schedule of items are the maximum price a contractor can charge for those items based on the stated specifications. Task Orders will be issued competitively in accordance with Task Order RFQ requirements. All offerors awarded a contract under this anticipated multiple award IDIQ solicitation will be given a fair opportunity in accordance with Section E to competitively provide pricing on individual task orders. See Section F for instructions for proposal preparation. The program ceiling for all task orders awarded against the multiple IDIQs for all work on the separate districts (one forest) is $250,000 for the entire length of the contract. (Base plus 4 option years) Per FAR 16.504 (a)(1) the minimum guarantee of $1,000 will be met with the issuance of the first task order, concurrent with award of the IDIQ. Proposals shall be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation. If additional time is needed, an extension will be requested. Refer to Section F for instructions on preparing your proposal and pricing. *****SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS***** Shapefiles available on request.
