This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-09-10, Award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) a written solicitation will not be issued The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, the small business size standard is $16.5 million. Project location: This project is located at the Timber Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 28 of miles from Estacada Oregon in Clackamas County. SUMMARY A. Background: The Riverside Fire burned in and around the Timber Lake Job Corps Center starting on September 8, 2020. Many Center buildings were lost in the fire and approximately 138,000 acres were burned on the Mt. Hood National Forest. The requested inspection and evaluations are in response to the wildfire activity near the remaining Center buildings, and the intent is to determine if the electrical systems were heat damaged. B. Description: This scope of work includes electrical system inspection, testing and reporting to ensure electrical systems are safe for use and re-occupancy. A pre-bid site visit is highly encouraged to observe the existing condition of the buildings. The following buildings were exposed to wildfire and/or adjacent structure fire activity and are included in the scope of services: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete the project.
