Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: ACE AND COMPANY, INC. (1HVU5) P/N 012148301. The required delivery is 509 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, and is not commercial. A subcontracting plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
