Description:
The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of AHUs at, U.S.Embassy, New Delhi. The Contractor shall furnish all the information required as in the Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here. No paper copies will be mailed. If you are interested in submitting a quotation on this project, read the instructions in Section J of Solicitation / Request for Quotations (RFQ). If you intend to submit a quotation, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in the contract solicitation package. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit (see J – C., 52.236-27). All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. The site visit will be held at American Embassy, Gate ‘7’, Nayay Marg, New Delhi, India on Friday May 27, 2022 at 1100 hours. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should sent their interest at vedij@state.gov , no later than 1000 hrs on or before May 26, 2022 for arranging entry of their participants into the building. No substitutions will be permitted later. Complete names and designations of the individuals participating in the site visit should be provided, and the participants must carry a valid ID proof like driving license or passport or voter ID card during the site visit. Questions after the site visit may be sent at vedij@state.gov COB May 31, 2022. Responses will be sent in writing to all prospective bidders. No question shall be answered received after May 31, 2022. Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHUs” on or before 15:00 hours on June 17, 2022. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Complete the OFFER portion of the Standard Form 1442 (block 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 20A, 20B. & 20C.), including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the quotation may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Section A , prices 2. Section L, Representations and Certifications. 3. Bar Chart illustrating sequence of work to be performed. 4. Additional information as required in Section J QUOTATION INFORMATION. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with no adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices of labor or materials. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor and materials that will be required to complete the project, and for pricing its quotation accordingly. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to waive any informality in quotations received. In addition, the Embassy reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding the contract, or to award without discussions. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
