General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Idaho City Limits of Chubbuck and Pocatello Delineated Area: City Limits of Chubbuck and Pocatello Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,219 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,759 Space Type: Office and Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: 1. Secured Parking: Parking area large enough for a truck with a trailer to turn around or pull through. 2. Included in the 10 total secured parking space requirements are 13 standard size vehicles and 7 large vehicles/trailers. 3-Chevy 2500 2-16' trailers 1-20' trailer 1 F-550 10'x20' 3. Warehouse: 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. of the total ABOA will be warehouse space: Ceiling Height: Minimum 12' Minimum Depth: 30' Ability to have one large rolling door minimum 12'H x 10'W and two smaller rolling doors minimum 10'H x 10'W 4. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
