GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Carrollwood Delineated Area: Town of Carrollwood Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,760 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): N/A Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 100 Parking Spaces (Surface): 100 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 18 Months Firm Term: N/A Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements:N/A The U.S. Government currently occupies an office and related space in a building under a lease in Carrollwood, FL that will be expiring in April 2022. The Government is in the process of building out the long term leased space and need a short term extension to protect its occupancy during TI construction, the Government may consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for flood plain, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
