Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Voicebrook, Inc., 1983 Marcus Ave Ste 105, Lake Success, NY 11042 USA: DUNS: 101277502: UIE: YD8MXAZ5NEK8 The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain Pathology Transcription Software The VoiceOver Pro allows pathologists to use speech recognition technology to comply with CAP s electronic Cancer Checklists (eCC). VoiceOver Pro has access to current CAP eCC content, enabling voice-driven structured results entry through a user-friendly and efficient front-end interface. The product includes a Total product warranty for the period of the contract. POP: 2/1/22-1/31/27 and FOB destination. Voicebrook LLC. is the only contractor that can provide the VoiceOver Pro Upgrade which is specialized and there is only one manufacturer who is the sole source distributor, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The NAICS is 541519. The size standard is $30M. The PSC/FSC is Q603. This procurement is subject to prohibitions in VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and in 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
