Description - Contract Opportunities RFQ # 36C24822Q0314 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase a Dose Calibrator Chamber & Well, Brand Name or Equal, as listed below on Attachment 1(Salient Characteristic/Item Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24822Q0314. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01 (eff. 12/06/21). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 339113; the size standard is 750 Employees. Note, interested Small Business Offerors must be listed and registered in Sam.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter with their quote. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
