PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for commercial courier services for the main campus located in North Little Rock, AR, and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs, Mena, Mountain Home, Pine Bluff, Russellville, and Searcy, Arkansas. Items to be transported include inter-office correspondence, pharmaceuticals, expendable and nonexpendable commodities, x-rays, lab specimens, patient records, forms, equipment that can fit within requested half-ton panel van, and/or other items as required. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about December 8, 2021, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 492110, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. All interested parties must be listed in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their quote and, be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award.
