Remove Hazardous Waste Dallas VAHCS 36C25721B0006 36C25722B0006 is replacing 36C25721B0030, which was posted on 9/14/2021, due to the need to change the solicitation action to a Fiscal Year 2022 (FY 22) Action. Only the solicitation number changed all other information remains the same. The Contractor/Vendor will Remove Hazardous Waste at the Dallas, TX VAHCS. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to remodel, renovate, and asbestos abatement in buildings: 2 - basement, room BC-130 & Herzog building- second floor, room 229 (Rifle Range). The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Michael Walls. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
