The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the USAO Office Renovations in Portland, ME. The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: The U.S. Government has a requirement to renovate Shower Rooms and Offices on the 6th Floor as well as Shower Rooms, Offices and Conference Room on the 7th Floor of lease space occupied by USAO at 100 Middle Street in Portland, ME. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information. All specification and drawing questions are due by 2:00 PM, Local Time, on December 08, 2021. Questions shall be emailed to vanessa.colquitt@gsa.gov. All questions must be in writing; no questions will be answered unless they are in writing. Any amendments will be posted on or about December 14, 2021.
