Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There are two approved sources of supply: NORTHROP GRUMMAN SUPPORT SERVICES (48306) AND TELECOMMUNICATION SUPPORT SERVICES (0SKB3) P/N 015976545. The required delivery is 176 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is December 13, 2021. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
