This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24422Q0774 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The applicable NAICS code is 314120. The Lebanon VA Medical Center at 1625 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, has a brand name or equal requirement for realistic picture privacy curtains. A copy of the solicitation is attached. Please download documents for all details, required items, information, and requirements for submission of quotes. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB destination Only, with delivery to the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing only, to Jennifer.Beiswenger@va.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on Friday, June 10th, 2022, and shall be submitted electronically to Jennifer.Beiswenger@va.gov. Quotes received after this deadline may not be considered. Any amendments to this solicitation will be posted in the same manner as the solicitation.
