Please continue to monitor the site for additional updates. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a competitive request for proposal (RFP) for Administrative Support Services across the United States, to include Puerto Rico. This is a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a) program participants, as approved by the SBA. Please note that this action was previously synopsized under the same number, 70CMSD22R00000003 As a result of this solicitation, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a single award under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) using the source selection procedures of FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). The Government estimates that the total value of this administrative support services requirement is between $50,000,000.00 and $60,000,000.00. The range is for a five-year period of performance. Interested parties must be a Certified 8(a) program participant under the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 561110 - Office Administrative Services, and not be scheduled to graduate from the 8(a) program prior to the anticipated award date of September 1, 2022. The NAICS code size standard is $8 million. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation, must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and be registered in the System for Award Management database. The website for registration is https://sam.gov. QUESTIONS: The submission deadline for the RFP Phase I questions is 3:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The submission deadline for the RFP Phase II questions will be provided with the Phase II instructions. ** Questions that are received from vendors that are not eligible to compete, or that fail to confirm their size status under the applicable NAICS, may not be answered. ** RESPONSES: Proposals (Volume I and II only) shall be received via email by sending to OAQIOSD@ice.dhs.gov no later than 3:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
