NASA is seeking input for a possible Phase 2 of the Deep Space Food Challenge with a proposed opening in January 2022. The challenge objective is to identify and foster the development and demonstration of novel technologies, systems, and/or approaches for food production for long duration space exploration missions. This RFI seeks to determine the interest level in potentially competing in, judging, and partnering with NASA to support this challenge.
