These services are to provide, develop, implement the processes, procedures, and methods of procedures, and operations and sustainment of DISA owned and operated SFOC systems and related terrestrial infrastructure. The contractor shall also provide specialized expertise and support services for planning, study, design, and development of DISA proposed SFOC and DODIN terrestrial infrastructure systems. This work shall include complex special studies, assessments, surveys, cost estimation, acquisition planning, and implementation in support for Agency mission requirements.
