Original Set Aside:

The Strategic Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office intends to acquire a twelve month subscription with Argus Media, Inc. 2929 Allen Pkwy. Suite 700, Houston, TX 77019, for the following suite of products on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.5: Argus Crude, Argus Refined Products, Argus Freight, Argus Crude and Refined Products Outlook, Argus Petroleum Transportation North America, and Argus Possibilities Curves. These products provide real time crude oil and refined product pricing, crude oil deals/trading data, and daily alerts and commentaries pertaining to significant oil and refined product market events to the following three sites: the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Petroleum Reserves, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Project Management Office, and the Oak Ridge National Lab. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, February 10, 2022 and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Mary C.
