Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a requirement for Capacitors (Brand Name or Equal). The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price. Terms include FOB Destination to Sidney, Nebraska. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335999; the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about December 14, 2021, at which time all information and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 2:00 p.m. MST, December 21, 2021. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Richard Gomez, Contract Specialist (rgomez@wapa.gov) or via FedConnect.net.
