South: I 70 (from US 321- McDonald Pky SE) East: McDonald Pky SE - McDonald Pkwy NE - 24th ST NE - 29th Ave DR NE West: US 321 (from I-70 -Clement Blvd NW) Minimum ABOA: 2900 Maximum ABOA: 2943 Parking: 4 (Reserved) Lease Term: 15 years/10 years (firm) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
