Place of Contract Performance: The intended place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Onsan, Korea); and the intended place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 17 April and cancel 18 April 2022; the period of performance will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
