Original Set Aside:

The work of this project is defined by the Contract documents and consists of a new addition to the existing transmitter building in Kuwait. The new building addition and site work consists of a pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundation work and floor slabs, interior division walls, and finishes, all civil, structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical/HVAC and other work as described in the contract documents, scope of work, architect and engineering drawings and specifications. The major items of work of the project include but are not limited to the following: The contractor is responsible to furnish, install all items of work indicated in the construction documents. Any item not specifically indicated or mentioned herein or elsewhere in the contract documents but necessary for a complete construction and operation of each system shall be provided by the contractor.
