General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Alpena Delineated Area: City Limits of Alpena, MI Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,688 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,688 Space Type: Flex, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 18 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Years (240 Months) Firm Term: 15 Years (180 Months) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • The space must be contiguous. • The space must be located on the ground floor. • The space must be able to accommodate at least two (2) overhead doors with the minimum dimensions of 10 ft. wide x 14 ft. overhead clearance. • Warehouse space that allows for mezzanine space (25’ ceiling clearance). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
