The United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) Asian Longhorned Beetle (ALB) program is contracting Marshalling Yard services for the grinding or incineration of ALB host and/or co‐mingled non host materials from trees, shrubs, limbs, branches, exposed surface roots and stumps (not all inclusive) infested or exposed to infestation by the Asian Longhorned Beetle in Clermont County Ohio. Service is in support of the USDA/Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) program for the eradication of ALB in in Clermont County Ohio. USDA APHIS PPQ intends to award one IDIQ contract as the result of this solicitation. Please see solicitation attachments. Submit all questions in writing to Kim Yen Tu at kimyen.n.tu@usda.gov. Questions should be submitted no later than three (3) days prior to the response deadline to ensure adequate time is available to respond and to amend the solicitation if necessary.
