This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items with Services prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items and Service shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award the contract for material and repair of Blast Booth Air Intake located at the Heavy Maintenance Facility Hanger (HMF) #2 located at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville rd. Elizabeth City, NC 27909. As per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and photos. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08122QELIZ0001. The NAICS code 238160. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-02. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.
