THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing Repair and Maintenance of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Surveillance Systems pursuant to FAR part 10, Market Research and FAR part 19, Small Business Programs. This Sources Sought is for informational and planning purposes only and it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This is for planning purposes only. Please see the associated Performance Work Statement for CCTV Maintenance outlining service to be performed and desired outcome. Exact quantities of cameras and keypads will be provided at time of solicitation. Any information submitted by respondents to this Source Sought Notice is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice are solely at the responding parties' expense. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose, and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response. All businesses capable of providing CCTV Maintenance are invited to respond electronically. Place of Performance: JBSA Lackland, Texas Deadline for Responses: The deadline for response to this notice is, 1400 CST, 21 December 2021.
