No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to gain knowledge of potential vendors qualified under NAICS 325611 (Soap and Other Detergent Manufacturing) and PSC 7930 (Cleaning and Polishing Compounds and Preparations) with a NAICS size standard of 1,000 employees for the Washington DC VAMC. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in FedBizOpps (FBO) or GSA ebuy. REQUESTED INFORMATION If you are interested and capable, and can provide the required service, please provide the requested information as indicated below: Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall also include: company name, address, point of contact, size of business: State how many bottles are included per case. Is this item on contract with your GSA, SEWP, or another federal contract, or the NAC contract? Provide the contract type, contract number, category(s), sin, and source code if on GSA. Is the above listed NAIC and PSC business size status under Vendor s SAM/VIP and GSA contract? Provide a copy authorized distributor letter if you are not the manufacturer. Do you have these line items on contract or Open Market? Are these line items priced in your Catalog on online? What is the expected delivery date for the requested quantity? Is this product an equal? If so, please provide product literature, product information and pictures. Please provide evidence that you are an authorized distributor. STATEMENT OF NEED VAMC in Washington DC has the need for Green certified, fragrance-free foam hand sanitizer refill bottles. Brand Name or equal is acceptable. Manufacturer Part # Qty Description 6508-01-694-1820 504 Cases Green certified, fragrance-free foam hand sanitizer formulation designed for healthcare environments. Must fit dispenser model # 3141-0132. 1200ml refills required. NOTE All Capability Statements/Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be submitted via GSA or email only to Liana.Holland@va.gov no later than 17:00 hours on Wednesday January 12th, 2022. Telephone, fax, or any other form of communication inquiries will not be reviewed or accepted. If a solicitation is issued, it may or may not be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought Notice.
