This notice serves as the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's intent to sole source the following requirement: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) requires the removal, reinstallation, and testing of the CO2 Scrubber and COH2 Burner equipment shipboard. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. CEPEDA Associates, Inc (CAGE: 60756) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes - required to perform this work. If you are a capable vendor able to complete this work, please respond to this notice by the listed date.
