**This notice is amended to now allow for quotes from qualified authorized resellers who are other than small business concerns. In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA’s decision to procure “Xilinx, Inc. XC7VX485T-2FFG1761C Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)” on a limited competition basis. The FAA has a requirement to procure Xilinx FPGA for the Maintenance Display Replacement (MDR) project at the William J. Hughes Technical Center located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Xilinx 485T is a key component in the Maintenance Display Replacement design. Accordingly, a limited competition will be conducted among qualified authorized resellers specifically for the Xilinx FPGA. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
